My construction experience began in 1976.  Since that time I have been involved in many exciting projects including residential additions, residential rehab and restoration, residential and commercial land development, and single family home construction.  My focus now is in developing land with a focus on environmentally sound practices so my children, and their children, can continue to enjoy this world for many years to come. 

The Princeton Woods project is exciting in that the latest green building technology will be utilized.  Eco-friendly smaller footprints and 1.75AC of open space are some of the environmentally friendly methods employed in designing the overall subdivision.  High performance recycled insulation materials and energy efficient appliances and mechanicals provide the incentive to earn Princeton Woods Inc. an Energy Star Rating on the construction side of the project.  These painstaking initial efforts will reward the home purchaser with lower utility bills; an ever increasing concern in the present day climate of rising energy costs.
